I Am a Military Girlfriend

My boyfriend's in the Navy and I understand he's busy and can only text me during certain times of the day depending on the day and what he's doing. We actually speak a good bit for him being in the military, but sometimes he won't reply to a message from me but he'll post a Facebook status or a snapchat video. It bothers me a lot, but I don't want to seem needy or controlling.. any advice would be greatly appreciated

Yes I can fully understand why this bothers you! The bottom line is... If he can log into Facebook do a status then he should as sure as hell be messaging you, it does not take even a minute to write 'hello' do not satisfy for anything less... You deserve to be loved ..tell him you will not be second best to Facebook ..if he sees that as controlling or needy tell him how I bet he be pissed if you did it to him.....it's a about respect and you being strong and assertive . :)
