Any advice how to get motivated again to write. I have two novels that need finished and another one in my head..

Just treat it like the job it is and do it. You can't wait for inspiration. Just do it!

I have a friend who writes romance. She has a set time each day with a word count goal daily.

I think the biggest advice is: Screw motivation! Writers with deadlines need to write even when they feel completely unmotivated, so create a consistant time each day (or week) during which you write, no matter what. Make sure to make time for editing as well.
