Advil and dark quiet room.

I will it away with meditation (sort of). I close my eyes, clear my head of thought, and breathe deeply.

I'm almost sort of not a doctor. I think I could perform such a surgery for you.. Would even put some wiggles band aids on your head afterwards and a big lollipop 👍😁

I've been tryinh to do that with water therapy but it's not working for me right now.. I am so close to choosing one of those first two options

I can't take anything for pain, so a quiet, dim space, ice pack to the base of by skull and deep breathing work. And occasionally some 'herbal' medicine.

That, i dont reallt have much option since it's 1 in the afternoon here right now and all our rooms have big windows :$

@oconnor yeah sometimes I use herbal medicine but mostly ointments

I have miraines mostly everyday.I have Rx medicine for them but I don't take it always.

Meds,Ice and begging everyone i know to perform brain surgery.
