The apartment upstairs is so expensive it's still empty.
It's like mine, and costs $600 more (was $700 more per month). It's actually uglier than my apartment, and I'm glad it's still empty.

@Vetrov Yes. $600 more than mine, and inferior. I have wall to wall carpet and no walk up.
