Work Sucked Tonight
Venting.
The girl who is supposed to bring our materials to us and set up our work station is a freaking [i]slacker[/i]. We are always having to fix up our own stations because she's hiding somewhere playing on her phone. That takes valuable production time away from us. She's a great person aside from that, but she's really terrible at her job. 😒
Tonight she screwed up- she brought us only HALF of the materials we needed to build the surgical kits we build, and she didn't find the other half til after we'd completed 12 boxes of kits, so we had to literally open all 12 of the incomplete boxes and fix them by adding the stuff she hadn't brought. 😡
To make things worse, our boss came over and lectured us (not the girl who actually screwed up) and made us sign a "retraining" form. 🙄🙄🙄🙄 What a crock of shit. I can't wait til we can give our notice and leave that place.
