I Am Trying to Get In Shape

I want to maintain a healthy lifestyle and get healthier and in shape. I'm tired of running and moving around and losing my breath too fast. I'm working out taking my time to work my way up. Also eating healthier foods and exercising. NO EXCUSES. Excuses won't get anywhere and it's no good at all. I know I have a busy life but I can make time to workout. People have diffrent opinions and that's fine but I'm getting in shape for myself to avoid diabetes, gaining more weight and health issues. Just saying. My journey to a healthier active life style!

Awesome! Sounds like you're on the right path and are also taking the right approach and tempo. And, all you really need is 30 minites a day, an hour if possible. You're right. People can schedule their priorities, instead of prioritizing their schedule. :D Good effort!
