What if the new neighbors are even worse?

It's a relief to be rid of my bad neighbors, but there is always worse out there. It could be a young guy who blasts rap music to impress his loser friends. I hope not!

@bijouxbroussard You have my sincere condolences. My last upstairs neighbors had little children and smuggled in extra people. The stomping was so loud that a few ceiling fixtures stopped working and cracks appeared.
