@Panda Give it a try. :) I've been going to group therapy since December, and I like the results.

I'm definitely going to go. That's great, I'm so glad it's been helpful 🙂
@Panda OH, awesome!! I made friends there, pretty easily. It did take me about six months of consistent attendance to be where I'm at today. I've made a lot of progress, and I don't plan on leaving the group anytime soon. I hope you enjoy it!!

I have bi-polar with manic depression, meds help a lot and I am in a much better place today. I haven't had an episode in months, its very refreshing. Life is what you make it though, I can wake up and decide how my day is going to go and for the most part they usually go good.
With your disorder, can you choose how you feel or are your pretty much at the mercy of your disorder?

@mljenkins I'm so pleased that you're in a better place at the moment. I bet it's refreshing. That's true and I'm so glad to hear that.
Honestly I feel like I'm at the mercy of the disorder a lot, everything seems to happen so quick with it but I'm learning ways to manage and control it better and finding myself better able to manage it.
