Apparently mozzys inject a protein in to you that thins the blood (in the area of injection) so once they've finished their meal( a very small amount of blood), your blood in that area is so thin it leaks out of the capilliaries causing the swelling. If it did that with fat you would look well lumpy but they wouldn't remove much fat.
