my theory is that constipation is caused by a diet which is lacking in vegetables. I love vegetables and I have never been constipated in my life.

I use detox pills to clear up my system

It happens to me sometimes, but it tends to go away on its own. I think it has to do with me becoming more neglectful about what I've been eating. But my digestive system is not always cooperative.
