I Love Using Emojis

I have a question about Emoji etiquette... well grammar.

do you punctuate before or after the Emoji? I feel like sometimes the Emoji is the exclamation mark...

what about parenthesis?

I kinda hate them because they have a wide range of definitions. like apple makes a squirt gun, others make it a pistol. I prefer direct text and I don't think making someone type out 'pizza' instead of using a little pizza pictogram is too terribly onerous.
