I was told that my team is the best team at my job

Every night my fiance and I (we work as a team at the same work station) make between 1200-1300 kits. The quota is 1200. Every other team in there besides us makes less than 800 per night. 😳

On one hand it's nice to be recognized for our hard work. On the other hand, we have noticed that we are becoming the "go-to-guys" for difficult orders and picking up other teams' slack. 😒

There are two or three people at work who are constantly leaving early for dumb reasons or just calling in sick. So we get stuck doing their neglected jobs. 🙄
