I Squat

I did 200 squats yesterday and a bunch of other leg workouts.... I am dying today 馃槹

@MarkPaul Nope, I don't think so. I think in your frame of mind, no one can accomplish anything. According to one of your groups you're in, you have low self esteem and confidence. ....i think this may be a reflection of you doubting yourself and pinning it on me. I'm good. Fix your issues before accusing others of doing wrong.

@MightySizeQueen I can't do 200 squats... I think you agree it's hard to imagine. I mean, maybe you did it... maybe it was a one time thing. Maybe you are taking steroids. Any reasonable person would find it hard to believe and I think you know that.

@MarkPaul I'm not taking steroids. 5 sets of 20....go for another leg workout...come back for another 5 sets of 20... I'm not fucken saying I did 200 straight with no breaks... Now that's fucken crazy.

Do you even know what a set is? And resting 30 seconds between each set is?

NEWS FLASH, 200 fucken squats is fucken possible.

@MightySizeQueen Yeah, of course I know what a set is. Trust me, I know my way around the gym. I think I see what is going on though. You're just doing deep knee bends (no weights) and calling them squats. Okay... I get it. Yeah, good job on doing 200 of those. And, those are pretty good for women... especially around the pelvis area.
