Well, if you do 5 sets of 20, do another workout, come back and do another 5 sets of 20....that's 200...plus I had time on my hands... And I want a bigger booty...
@MarkPaul I had a personal trainer for 6 months, I'm pretty sure I know what I'm doing... Counting from 1 to 20 is pretty easy... And counting sets 1 to 5 is easy as well.

@MightySizeQueen Well, I'm just saying... you know... that 200 squats would be a lot for anyone... even a guy. I work out so I know what I am talking about too. And, for a woman... unless maybe you are just using your own body weight. But, using proper form with weights... you have to agree that would not fit the profile of a typical female.

Maybe you count 1 on the way down and 1 on the way up? That's not how you are supposed to do it, but possibly it's the WAY you are counting since you said your count isn't off...?
@MightySizeQueen Squats is the all around best workout exercise for anyone regardless of gender, sexual orientation or position. I just don't think it's humanly possible to do 200... with weights... no matter how much desire you have to grow your ass size.
