I Want to Look Good Again

I want to look good again and keep young until I will be 50 year old. My success is to look like 25 year old until 50 year old. I want to lose weight and look hot again. I hate to be 75Kg. I try to exercises twice a week (6 hours/week) but my weight is not reducing.

I feel fed up with my diet. I eat healty food and cut down the portion but it does not show any improvement. I rarely drink alcohol and any fizzy drinks. I drink water and Earl Grey tea every day. I occasionally eat french fries. I do not smoke. I consumed rice and noodle everyday. I eat eggs, green beans, vegetables and often consume 100-150 grams of meat/day. Why I still can't lose weight?

I think I have to go work again. I worked for 2 months 44hours a week. I lost 7 kg without exercises. I believe If I could work for 10 years I would lose o lot of weight until 55 kg.

This woman looks like 25 year old. This is what I call success. Actually, she is 50 year old. I want to look gorgous until 50.

Those are great goals and it's great to be healthy and fit. Remember though that your body changes over the years regardless of weight. I weigh less now than I did when I was 25 but I sure don't look the same. So it goes. You can still look great anyway.

Perhaps, it's only my sense but I see as Asian women get older better.
Here is a woman from Phylippines. I think you already know her. She was the first Julio Iglesias' wife. I think she has surgery but she got older very good.

Oh my, I hope I dont need any cosmetic surgery to look young.

My best friend is 46 now but she still looks like 25 year old. She does not have cosmetic surgery or luxury skin care.
