i was seriously unwell from august of last year to febuary of this year, i was hearing voices and thought all my neighbours and my family were involved in a polt to murder me and had hidden cameras all over my house, i said lots of insane things to people during this period, destroyed every one of my friendships and ruined my relationship with my sister.... ive found it such a struggle to get back to normal now that im doing better, im still hearing voices from time to time and im constantly bombarded with the sickest thoughts ever, i worry constantly if ill ever be 'normal' ever again....

drugs are bad lol
I've done drugs before. Mostly weed. But, I've always felt kinda different. A loner too. I haven't smoked weed in over 4 years. I just smoke cigarettes and drink 1 beer nightly. I've been on medz for about 18 years. They are hard to quit. I get ssi and I live with my parents and brother. I have no friends. No job. I just like being alone. I wish i could move out on my own though. I'm out parked in my car right now just to get away from home. I get paranoid alot, anxious and Depressed. Just trying to figure out my life still.

I've seen a Psychologist for many years but it wasn't for a psychosis. It was for a Neurosis. Chronic feelings of Inadequacy and Chronic and Acute anxiety and panic attacks. But that's not the same as your suffering.
How do you deal with the assaults on your mind?
There was a movie you may want to watch on YouTube called "A Beautiful Mind". It's based on a true story about a man who is a genius,a Nobel Prize Winner, but he suffered from Paranoid Schizo also.
I have paranoid schizophrenia but I'm drug free
