I Struggle With Mental Illness

I am having an extra tough day today. My mind is all over the map and my moods seem to be slamming into one another. I have taken all my meds today, but, I don't know what hit me.

🤗 I'm sure it has to do with all that has been going on. Even people that I admired as being strong are showing cracks under the stress. Hopefully get a good nights sleep and tomorrow will dawn brighter.🤗
