May I please have your recipe? Ive been trying to make something like this for a long time, but never knew which sauce people use for this. Looks delicious by the way. I've eaten a frozen dinner like this by Healthy Choice. Do you use just marinara for the sauce?

First pre-heat oven to 375°-400° degrees °F.
To make chicken: Cover a wide cookie pan with aluminum foil and grease lightly with extra-virgin olive oil. Let sit. In the sink wash down 5-7 boneless chicken breasts in cold water. Place chicken parts in cookie pan. Sprinkle them lightly with Mesquite or Montreal seasoning, then spread with BBQ sauce (of your choice). Place chicken in oven for 45-50 minutes. When done remove from oven and wait a few minutes to cool before cutting into bite-sized pieces.
To make penne rigate: pour 3-4 quarts water into large pot. Bring water to a roiling boil. Place penne rigate (brand of your choice) into boiling water. Stir with a large wooden kitchen spoon. For al denté style, wait 9-10 minutes exactly (stirring often) then strain into colander over sink. Let dry.
Mix chicken pieces into the penne rigate over a large plate and cover with your favorite marinara, preferably garlic flavored. Enjoy!
* Note, singing while cooking is optional.
