Any non fiction book you really recommend?

The Big Fix by Tracey Helton Mitchell. She’s a former heroin addict like me and reading it was just comforting to know that someone so deep in an addiction can get better and use their life to do something positive.

Back in the 1980's Lebanon fell into civil war.
Groups of men, loyal to certain political or religious groups started taking foreign hostages in exchange for ransom.

Most of the European or American folk out there were Engineers or Teachers or Journalists covering the war.

There are some great books written from the point of view of some of those taken hostage at the time.

America The Book by Jon Stewart because it's very entertaining. I read the whole thing and I find politics and history boring and scary and confusing.

There's a brilliant book called "The Fatal Shore" about the founding and history of Australia. I highly recommend it but it's about it 800 pages long.

Any book on astrology, especially one by Linda Goodman, Liz Greene or Suzanne White. Nothing else has explained so graphically why I am the way I am.

The Magnolia Story by Chip and Joanna Gaines because they talk about why their relationship works so well. It’s insightful and not boring at all.

This book can save your life:

By David Goggins, it reminds me I am more capable of the limits my body and mind puts on some things.
