I Have Too Much Stuff

@Miram They are smaller than reservations, more akin to a high quality zoo when it comes to enclosure space. They do take in neglected animals but one took Michael Jackson's tigers after he died so aside from being better cared for in some cases, in this one the animals just needed a new home.

@Miram I don't know if sanctuaries are open to visitors. I've never been bothered by it, captive animals live poorly in one way but they live exquisitely in others. Freedom vs. standard of living as it were

@Miram society is like being captive, humans live improved lives but now have all these mental ailments from confining themselves in houses that are still subject to the demands of the other humans.

@Jackaloftheazuresand I agree, I don't like the modern living standards. I understand they alleviate a lot of suffering not just cause it. I always say that there was difference between a slave that was given the boots of his master to fetch wood and a slave who is sent barefoot. A slave owner who closes the gates so none of his slaves escape and one who closes it to protect them from outsiders. It's cooperation.
Same applies to being a captive.
