I don’t intentionally insult. Everyone deserves respect as a person of worth.
latinbutterfly · F
@Pfuzylogic Right. There is a fine line between constructive criticism and just being a jerk.
SweetMae · 70-79, F
I guess it depends on the situation. I try not to judge other people. If someone asks for my advice over and over and doesn't seem to listen, I would be direct with them and then never give them advice again.
latinbutterfly · F
@SweetMae Understandable.
SubstantialKick · 31-35, M
It kind of depends on the situation. Like if I am at my job, and a person who I am working with is constantly standing there like a dumbass while I am struggling, I am probably going to get on their case big time.

I'm blunt, though I do try diplomacy and tact if I can. I think criticism is personal and I never get personal unless there is an intimate relationship with them. I do opine on what is being said.
MasterofNone · 26-30, M
It is better to attack the habit and not the person. A person is much more than their habits and I try to separate the two when I make "criticisms".
latinbutterfly · F
@MasterofNone Very true.
