Have you ever heard of people seeing "demons" during sleep paralysis?

Also known as "shadow people". That's never happened to me, thank God. Sounds like some scary s**t.

I had sleep paralysis. I I thought I saw something once. And another time, I was aware of how I couldn't breathe properly. Both times I was able to force myself awake lol

Some make strange noises as if they are being possessed. I don’t know if that’s demons or they are just scared to see what they saw in the dream.

Not heard that term when speaking of demons, but I have heard that people do experience darkness when sleeping 🤔
