When was the first time u saw snow in real life?

I was bought up in a place where it snowed every winter.
I remember looking out the window Christmas Morning 1967 and it was snowing.
Summer time in Australia takes in December 25.
I had a White Christmas in Australia

I was born in Eastern Europe in 1979. The snow was every winter. However, in the last 30 years, I lived in Africa, which is mainly snow-free. It snowed in Johannesburg in 2012. I saw a large amount of snow when I emigrated back to Europe in 2020.

But it must have snowed before that.

1998 or '99. I was in high school.

1-2 month old.

Maybe I was 9 years old and it snowed lightly for several hours. We begged to go outside in it. My mom wrapped us up so tightly that we could not move then after 5 minutes we wanted to come back inside but she made us stay outside at least as long as it had taken to get dressed.

I was born in NY in the winter so very early on.
