You ever find a bruise on your body that you dont know how you got it?
I found one on my belly that has yet to fade. I dont know how I got it.

I always have a couple of those in various colors and stages of healing. I call them mystery bruises.

@Allelse just keep an eye in it ,bruises go away pretty fast ,,with ice and heat faster
but as long as it does not keep getting bigger or stay for anytime .

there is a reason some bruises just pop up
but as long as it does not stay or get bigger more then likely you got bumped pretty good but blew it off as nothing
