I'd say it's a toss up between completely natural childbirth that involved back labor and non stop contractions(incredibly painful but there was a reward at the end) and the physical pain of years of physical and sexual abuse (perhaps a trifle less painful than labor but lasted far longer and there was no end reward).

Getting burned by a fire because of my sheer stupidity

Being shot twice.

Period cramps that hurt so bad that you have to go home because the pain was too distracting and unbearable.
