I'd say it's a toss up between completely natural childbirth that involved back labor and non stop contractions(incredibly painful but there was a reward at the end) and the physical pain of years of physical and sexual abuse (perhaps a trifle less painful than labor but lasted far longer and there was no end reward).
@SW-User My daughter was born natural. I had a midwife coaching me, and Elaine sweated it out like a real trooper. It was beautiful, but I know she was in tremendous pain, I suppose I could stick an umbrella up my butt and then open it, to get the general idea or maybe try to pass a bowling ball.
