I Am An Mra

News just in;

"Yes avfm ( a voice for men) is strongly opposed to marriage because the institution of marriage is nothing more than slavery for men. The same can be said for.having children. Father a child in this gynocentric feminist culture is about as smart as playing ba<x>seball with a live grenade. Marriage is worse. Most MRAs who aren't already married vow to never do so. This is why MRAs and MGTOWs are so close. We share that same philosophy."

This kind of puerile crap is exactly why the MRA is a hate group. It attacks fathers and marriage. What exactly does it stand for in a positive way, I wonder?

90% of mothers are awarded custody. At the first custody hearing. Fighting for equal custody costs a lot of money. It requires dozens of court visits.

At the first custody hearing both divorced parents have usually already agreed custody arrangements and the Judge merely makes an order based on that agreement. Tell me how many fathers attend that first hearing Jack?

When I talk about equal pay, I mean women getting paid the same as men for the same job. Nothing to do with average career earnings or background. The proper controls aren't in place in a lot of industries. Do female truckers get the same rates of pay as male truckers for example. Who decides?

Yes they do. Company drivers are paid by the mile. Owner operators are paid percentage.
Men and women are paid the exact same pay for the same work in the US. Its easy. If employers could pay women less for the same job then they would hire only women.

That isn't the case in a lot of private industries. Let's take finance as an example. Even if the flat rate were the same the bonuses often differentiate on gender grounds.

True mike, and JB has convoluted the facts. Women are often awarded "primary custody", but men are almost always awarded "joint custody". As I, and others, have mentioned before numerous times, this occurs because it is usually what the father wants to happen. A great deal of the time the dad wants the mom to have primary custody so she will be responsible for the care and upbringing of the children, and he wants joint custody so the kids can just come and visit him from time to time. The father just wants the kids to visit and wants the mom to do everything that is required for them to be cared for. Divorced men usually don't want all that responsibility. They prefer focusing on their jobs, dating, going to gyms, hangout with their buddies, taking trips, going to bars, and all of the things that single men who aren't responsible for caring for their children on a daily basis can engage in.
Its so irritating to have to constantly correct someone like JB who continuously posts convoluted and incorrect statements. If they obviously don't know the laws, don't understand them, and clearly don't know what regularly goes on in the world they should just shut up instead of constantly making statements that are incorrect or twisted so those of us who are more knowledgeable have to constantly correct them and point out why they are, once again, WRONG.

Based on your previous comment about their being no gender bias in business, why would men not sue the crap out of those companies that promote women over their ability to actually do the job? You can't have it both ways.
Mikemcneil · 61-69, M
In finance there is no legal obligation to share details of salaries or bonuses on an individual basis. How do you "sue the crap" out of a company with no actual evidence of discrimination?

Quite the misogynist, aren't you? Looking after the vulnerable isn't dangerous or responsible, but playing with boys's toys at an oil well is? You are an interesting EP member. Dozer Dan perhaps?

Insults as usual. Care to reveal your true identity?
Mikemcneil · 61-69, M
Maybe you should test that out sometime instead of making things up?

Why not protest against the Texas law system instead of whining about it?
