I Am An Mra

News just in;

"Yes avfm ( a voice for men) is strongly opposed to marriage because the institution of marriage is nothing more than slavery for men. The same can be said for.having children. Father a child in this gynocentric feminist culture is about as smart as playing ba<x>seball with a live grenade. Marriage is worse. Most MRAs who aren't already married vow to never do so. This is why MRAs and MGTOWs are so close. We share that same philosophy."

This kind of puerile crap is exactly why the MRA is a hate group. It attacks fathers and marriage. What exactly does it stand for in a positive way, I wonder?

I'm MRA myself and I can't stand so called pokesmen like this. They're just the male opposite of the feminists.

Instead of focusing on important issues like custody laws and male rape and abuse it's turned to mud slinging.

So sad.

Agreed. The custody laws need sorting out but slagging off "gynocentric" judges isn't the way to do it.

There's needless bashing on all sides as is the nature of social politics. Point is, some are going to go to far extremes and that's the image that people want to see because it causes more drama.

The majority of feminists I've known are rabid, man hating stereotypes. But that's because like attracts like and that's the only type around this neck of the woods. Didn't mean there all like that. Same for MRAs. You'll get people like AVFM or people who actually want to reform laws.

Human nature is human nature so why bother arguing?

I always stress that I'm talking about the graduate I've personally known or been around because that's all I can talk about without meeting every single woman who is or claims to be feminist. And I've never did insinuate our claim AVFM did anything to reform laws. If you re-read you'll see I was comparing both sides of the same coin: groups such as AVFM and those who actually want to reform laws.

My autocorrect is drunk again. I'm sure people can read around typos tho.
Retronatrix
No worries. My Kindle lies to constantly autocorrect so I misread and your wrong all the time. It happens.

To be honest I think the majority of it, at least in America, is the lack of care from judges wanting to push custody issues through the system as soon as possible and make the wrong call. But the stereotype of a mother being a better option automatically did need to be addressed.

And type wrong i mean......yikes autocorrect is going to get me in trouble

In America a father who asks for custody from the courts gets it roughly 70% of the time. The court bias being in favor of fathers. The problem is so few fathers ask for it!
That is a issue which needs to be addressed !

Yeah,i can't turn it off either.plus it will often change a word after i go send so I can't even recorrect it.
