I Am More Observant Than I Let On

The Ghost... I have always been more observant than I let on. It worked in my favor, so I took pride in it. I used to think of myself as a ghost; I would see and hear everything... but no-one would see or hear me. I used it to my advantage. I would do "reconnaissance" on everyone I could manage to, gathering information and dirty little secrets. When I felt I had enough information to successfully blackmail someone, I would. I built myself a power ba<x>se, using the knowledge I had to wrap the world around my little finger. I was unstoppable, or so I thought. One thing I have learned from the experience is that things aren't always as they appear to be.
