2 slices of wholemeal
Butter
Smidge of marmite
Mature English Cheddar
Sliced pickled onions
Squirt of Mayo

Delicious.

I recently learned to love a non-heart healthy combo from one of my Irish cookbooks: Chip & Butty sandwich. For those who don't know what this is, it is a sandwich with fresh made french fries and plenty of butter.

@ozgirl512 forgot to say, chip shop chips in the butty are best for me. That taste of chips and melting butter on white is orgasmic.
