does anyone know this?

🤔a friend of mine is in an abusive relationship. what i need to know is,even though her husband owns the house,if she wanted to get a restraining order against him,can she still live in the house and he has to leave,or does she have to leave because he owns it.which one should legally have to leave?

The municipality issuing the restraining order will be able to answer this question for her. The laws regarding this differ by locale. I feel badly for her, and I hope she can find the necessary resources to leave.

What she needs to do first, before getting the restraining order, is to get a lawyer, a DIVORCE, and leave. Unless she can win the house from the divorce and see if she can afford it
