Is it wrong to shame others?

To be shamed, you gotta be doing something wrong. If it's an honest mistake or something small or unintentional, sure. However, if someone is bad and chooses to do bad things, shaming them is within scope for me. I'd WANT you to shame me if I was acting up or harming someone ._.

Like call them "hippie" and tell them to "eat grass" for expressing an opinion ?
