My area manager came around.

He asks me, "When are you gonna be Senior Tech?"

Me:"I'm working on my training. I have to do the additional services when the come in. But--"

My coworker Angel: "When Mr. Brown starts throwing her in the Pit."

Boss: "Have you been going down there?"

Angel: "She has but not that much because she's slow. She knows the call outs but she's too short."

Boss: "I will special order you a step stool."

Me: *embarrassed af* 😶
