Do you feel as though most people in your life continuously let you down?

It's not that other people were letting me down, its that I had fairy tale expectations of them.
It gets easier, when you begin to rely on yourself, and yourself alone.
Everything else from everyone else, is a bonus.

It's not a good thing to have 'expectations' on people.

Second, it might be that these people are a negative influce in my life.

I’ve learned to let go of expectations and hold on to hope.
