Does anyone get nervous randomly?

Yes i can get like that. While it's called anxiety i don't really like the term because i'm not actually feeling anxious about anything in particular. Just something triggers that feeling and it's so damn annoying. It's like there's something wrong with my anxious mechanism and it turns on at the wrong time.
