Shouldn't every judge on the Supreme court be a declared Atheist?

Skipping over this Kavannaugh mess for a moment.
The Supreme court is there to oversee the rule of law for all citizens throughout the land. The statue of Justice holds scales to evenly weigh evidence and wears a blindfold to block out anything else from her deliberations. Since race and religion are possible influences, and since race is outlawed as a legal reason to be influenced, while religion is at the core of believers values, wouldn't it make sense that only judges who had no loyalty higher than the law of the land should sit on its highest court?
No because people are not robots - they do have religious beliefs too -
@whowasthatmaskedman Yea - you should go on OYEZ - I think that is the site and you can read and listen to actual Supremes back in the day... Even RvW
@whowasthatmaskedman OK - so what should be the banning of the latest member of the Supremes to serve on an sexual accusation many years ago - if you want a judge to have blinders on and only look at the fact then you should look at the judge as a decision maker not a pervert. Look a Hugo Black years ago - a proud member of the KKK.

Yes. A person with a public bias like that has now place in a court of justice either. Obviously in an ideal situation the Supreme court would not be a political appointment at all but a legal one..@MarmeeMarch

but then atheists have bias too

Agreed.. Until "Skynet" takes over there will be Bias. But this would eliminate a large source of it.@Jackaloftheazuresand

@whowasthatmaskedman well skynet would have to be programmed under a code of justice which we find strict adherence to is injustice.

I believe them to be equal, perhaps most religious people are a larger source but then are most seekers of the SC?
