What name are you glad you were not given by your parents?

Bangkok. My parents named me after a city and luckily chose the city they met in which wasn't that.

My dad wanted to name me Hades...like, god of the underworld. Lol.

In my culture and language idk why but people are given names of everyday objects sometimes. E.g. telephone, towel, door, etc. So I'm glad I just got something pretty normal that translates to a normal English name. Less hassle when introducing myself. Lol.

I was suppose to be named after my sperm donor...thank god i was a female!!
