Do you ever just get sad?

Do you ever just get sad? The type of sad where you overthink the past, things you think you could've done differently, but were completely out of your control? I'm generally a happy person, just sometimes I get sad. Do you ever just get sad?

Yes, just more about the present than the past, and also more of a frustration-induced state of sadness here, mixed/alternated with anger and self disappointment.
