When I’m overwhelmed with stress...when something makes me sad.

When I'm tired or when the words won't come out

I don't cry, just the tears are flowing

When I think of someone who isn't worth the time or energy it takes to think about them. I really need to train my mind better, so I can be more productive and stop hurting myself.
