If their words and / or actions catch my attention in a positive or negative way. Everything from 'eye contact during a handshake' to some random act of kindness or conduct in a crisis.

@MikefromEP Either positively or negatively. Fealty or avoidance. Regard or disregard . A hug or a busted face (yes. my own is an equal possibility.)
