Do you ever get jealous of a person when they are getting the physical attention you crave?

Sometimes I wonder if I'm just being petty. I mean I'm 50. Should I just be happy for the things that I have in my life and not consentrate on the things I don't?
I just don't know !!!!

Dwelling on what other people get and you don't is never a good thing, but neither is beating yourself up for noticing it.

You should definitely accentuate the positive, if you know what I mean, but at the same time, just being happy with the status quo and not striving for more is sort of sad.

@MistyCee there's definitely a fine line. I think sometimes when I get down I let the smaller things start to bother me. I'm actually a very upbeat and try to be a positive person. I think when I posted that question I was a little down. But thank you for your answer. It was honest and respectful, 2 things that always try to be.

Learned long ago you can't live your life for others. Time for you to get out there and make yourself happy, with what ever it is that you need.. not what society or others think . Master1A
