Do you ever go outside of yourself?

I think this is the same feeling where all of a sudden you realize where you are and you sort of come back into reality? And then you wonder where were you a moment ago?

Maybe the rare moments of extreme gratitude and contentment? Theyre only for a brief moment though.

@SW-User i don't know if i do it like other people do it. i just heard someone say "going outside of yourself" and i thought maybe thats what it is.
