Doctors without borders are doing tremendous work all over the world. They are truly dedicated people who often work in the most dangerous conditions for very little monetary reward.
A story should be dedicated to them.

truly.all emergency first responders have my utmost respect, but especially those who do so without their usual renumeration to those who would benefit the most.I have helped (and been helped by) the Red Cross during floods here, but can only imagine the stresses and dangers involved with working in wartorn politically unstable areas.Several of my mother's colleagues have gone overseas with sans frontiers and I salute them.We in America can easily take a glass of clean water for granted-not so in many other areas in our world.Proper healthcare and triage trumps all border disputes and tribal squabbles-get a clue, governments!
