Doctors without borders are doing tremendous work all over the world. They are truly dedicated people who often work in the most dangerous conditions for very little monetary reward.
A story should be dedicated to them.

Thank you for posting that. Yes, they do a very good job.....and I think that it's an essential and worthwhile job....

A thankless task; politics always gets in the way for the pros and cons of getting involved in aid for those trouble spots.....

But....that doesn't help the victims, does it? So.....just ploughing on through and getting it done.....

They earn my respect....

Maybe you could suggest some of the EP book money goes to that charity

truly.all emergency first responders have my utmost respect, but especially those who do so without their usual renumeration to those who would benefit the most.I have helped (and been helped by) the Red Cross during floods here, but can only imagine the stresses and dangers involved with working in wartorn politically unstable areas.Several of my mother's colleagues have gone overseas with sans frontiers and I salute them.We in America can easily take a glass of clean water for granted-not so in many other areas in our world.Proper healthcare and triage trumps all border disputes and tribal squabbles-get a clue, governments!

They do a great job for sure. I have done some voluntary work for Save The Children and it was great experience too.

I support the Red Cross. They do much the same kind of work all over the world.
Its good to read a story recognising the work of humanitarian charities here.

To all those who help others with little regard for their own safety. You have my utmost admiration.
