I Love a Man That Can Cook

Tonight’s dinner: Eggplant parmigiana lasagna with mushrooms.
Plenty of sauce kept this from drying out, and gave noodles a nice consistency. I added chili flakes to mine, as no one else likes the added “kick”[image deleted]

@Coralmist with lasagna, you never know if it’s a good one until you cut into it and taste it. Thankfully it was edible;)
