Why not , just wire it correctly

@Driver2 I won't be taking the same approach, mine will be much simpler, but I do like the basic idea. Cheaper and faster than any kit I can get online.

@UnderLockDown yes and you can test it before you mount it
They are starting to use belt drive in place of chains too
