In your opinion

Is seeking closure important... Or perhaps just dye your hair and pretend that shit never happened? 🤔
Trippin · F
@SW-User Hahaha... Indeed. I get the fuck its all the time.
butterfly1013 · 26-30, F
It depends on what you're seeking closure for exactly. It can be important, but a lot of the times you're not going to get it directly from the source. Eventually, you'll get closure, but not the way you want it. Answers come in many different forms.
Trippin · F
@butterfly1013 Well said and heard I assure you. Thanks. 🙂
SW-User
Neither is all that important, and I'd suggest not to ignore that shit that happened.
Closure is reliant on another person and denying it is just pushing the problem deeper.
Trippin · F
@SW-User 🤔.... Thanks, for that.

@Trippin I guess I should have added what is important then. To grieve/feel/process whatever emotions come off it and more importantly a deep query into the why. Sometimes that awareness is enough to shift your energy.
MrBrownstone · 46-50, M
It is important. But can’t always trust you’ll get an honest answer.
MrBrownstone · 46-50, M
@Trippin Not sure what you mean
Trippin · F
@MrBrownstone Its all good, sir. What you said filled some gaps I need to consider.
MrBrownstone · 46-50, M
@Trippin You are most welcome.

Sometimes there just isn't any real closure and you have to decide that you are not going to let the hurt define your life. You put it behind you and move on.
Trippin · F
@justbob Refusing to allow hurt to become a definition is good advice. Thank you.
Freeranger · M
Only if there are no survivors. Failing that, either conscience comes calling, or the ones you ummm affected or pissed off.
Trippin · F
@Freeranger May I say... For very different reasons... It has been the pissed off part that I feared most. ❤️×10
Freeranger · M
@Trippin ah...I see. Creativity often softens the blow I've been told
PhaqueYou · M
Dye the hair.

Cuz soon as there's closure... someone's gotta go open it back up again.
Trippin · F
@PhaqueYou Did.

And now pondering those very possibilities.

Well for me there are things that I never got closure on and it still bothers me

Depends I suppose…. Sometimes loose ends are necessary.
MarineBob · 56-60, M
Lie until you believe it yourself
Trippin · F
@MarineBob I tend to only apply such reasoning when I contemplate whether or not I can afford those shoes.
Eclipsed · M
Close the book in yourself is what matters most.
SW-User
Not for me it isn't. I move on and don't give a fuck.
TheCoolestCat · 31-35, M
thats the spirit lol
Trippin · F
@SW-User Welp.... I tend to never venture towards the shallow end of anything. 🤷‍♀️
