I Adore Bettie Page

I was dropping my iPad off at a cell phone store for a screen repair and a couple were sitting in the middle of the store, deep in discussion with the salesman. I noticed it then, her bangs.

When I was done with the repair guy, I turned around to leave and she was looking in my direction. I smiled and as I passed I said “I love the Bettie Page look.” Her eyes got big and she smiled a beaming smile and a hand went right to her hair. “I love that you get it,” she said. I think I made her day.
