@magical just eat 'right' but in the amounts that work for you, that's all.
My friend who had a problem gaining weight told me avocados help, good luck.

You might try some very physical activity. It helps the appetite and puts on muscle, which weighs more than skin. Also, you'll look and feel healthier.
