Can't change the fact that you were arrested. Being ruled unlawful also doesn't mean you're not guilty. People will draw their own conclusions. Don't know Canadian criminal law but here in the US you can get an arrest record expunged or sealed in most states. This is important so future employers and GFs don't see it. Also check if your mugshot is online where it will remain even if sealed. Those sites have a way to request that they remove your pic and name but they rarely do. Might need to see a lawyer.

Idk the laws in cananda, nor do I know anything about what happened.

But if you were put in handcuffs and taking to the police office, you have been arrested. It doesn't go on records that count for anything. It doesnt mean you are charged... but it means uve been arrested... it happened.

For someone on parole, even if that arresr gets ruled unlawful, it can count as violating the terms of parole.
